Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr competes as a model for IFBB Fitness Pro and is an official athlete for the organization. She started participating in fitness shows when she was 16, after quitting her gymnastics training in the early years of her life. She was just 17 when she was awarded her Professional Card. She began participating in fitness shows at the age of 16, following the end of her gymnastics training in the early years of her life. After only one year, she could earn her Professional Card when she was 17. She became one of the oldest IFBB Pro in history. Ariel quit the stage after the duration of six years, in order to complete her university. She came back in 2015 and carried on from where she previously left off participating in some of the most prestigious contests like The Toronto Pro Supershow, and Mr. Olympia. She competed for a few years after her first appearance, setting herself higher goals every year. She won another four fitness titles by the end of 2009. In 2009 she was the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals winner, making her the oldest IFBB Fitness Pro (at age 17) in history. Ariel Ariel Ariel took six years off from competition after earning her pro card in order to complete her university education. When she earned her Professional IFBB Fitness Card Ariel returned to the sport with a bang during the Phoenix Europa Games 2015 in October. She finished with a third-place finish. The summer of 2016 saw her took home her place in the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. As a result, she became a participant in Fitness Olympia. It was on the Olympia stage three months later taking sixth place in the Fitness Division. Ariel admitted that she did not have any expectations prior to the event and was satisfied with the results. Given that she competed against the best of the best. Ariel continues to impress bringing improvements to her body each year. Ariel loves working out the lower part of her back. Her usual back workout is made up of bent over rowing, one-arm pull-downs using lats using a machine, pull-ups and sitting rows. The warm-up phase is typically done prior to the actual workout. Ariel is also very efficient in her work. The supersetting of all exercises back into three or four 10-12 rep supersets is what she does.
